We are looking for an energetic, highly motivated, and experienced Shift Leader to open the store and lead our Back of House staff during breakfast at least three times a week during the school year. (Opening shifts are 5:45am-2pm)

Outcomes: This position will be responsible for the following outcomes.

- Planning and running breakfast shifts

- Create a quality breakfast experience for our guests, (as measured by speed and satisfaction scores)

- Create a positive and encouraging environment for our staff (FOH and BOH)

- Coach and grow our morning staff through setting expectations and providing feedback

- Prepare the Back of House for the day

- Collaborate with Front of House to increase Speed of Service

- Oversee and execute food safety procedures (including rotation of product and internal safety assessments)

- Put away truck orders in the mornings

- Other duties as assigned
