We are looking for an energetic, highly motivated, and experienced Shift Leader to lead our Front of House staff during lunch, and set the dinner shift lead up for success at least two times a week during the school year. (Mid shifts are 10:30 am - 5 pm)

Outcomes: This position will be responsible for the following outcomes.

- Planning and running lunch shifts

- Create a quality lunch experience for our guests, (as measured by speed and satisfaction scores)

- Create a positive and encouraging environment for our staff (FOH and BOH)

- Coach and grow our daytime staff through setting expectations and providing feedback

- Prepare the Front of House for the lunch rush, and use the afternoon to set the dinner rush up for success

- Collaborate with Back of House to increase Speed of Service

- Count tills and manage financials of the store

- Other duties as assigned
